Welcome to the Hunter Community College website. The Hunter Community College brings many opportunities for you to learn new skills and develop new interests or build on the ones you already have.

Remember to enrol early to ensure your place in your course.

Term 4, 2008 runs from Monday 27 October to Friday 12 December.

TERM 4 2008 courses and workshops can now be viewed on this website by looking under courses. A pdf version is available....just click on the button at the bottom of this page.

You can now search the courses by location. So if for example you live in Maitland, just go to the 'Courses by Area' on the left hand side and there is a drop down menue to choose from. Select the area and you will get a list of the courses.

The Term 4 Program contains many new courses on top of our usual range of courses and workshops.

  POSITION VACANT

Assistant to Executive Officer

Use your skills and talents and stretch yourself in this part-time position as the Personal Assistant to the Executive Officer at the Hunter Community College. This is a newly created position and our preferred days of work are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with some flexibility.

You’re a good communicator, with a positive attitude. You pay attention to detail and you’re highly organised. You’re an all rounder on the computer with good, accurate keyboarding ability. You enjoy working in a systems based environment. You have a warm, friendly approach and your professional attitude shines through. Ideally, you’ve worked in a busy office environment and you’ll love working in our small team of dedicated professionals. There is likely to be the opportunity for you to grow in the organisation, if you deliver the goods. If this sounds like you, be quick off the mark and apply.
