Introduction To Driving
The course, run by two accredited Driving Instructors, is designed to give the very novice drivers enough information and experience to feel confident enough to drive in light to moderate traffic. At the end of the course students will be able to do basic vehicle checks, vehicle controls, observation checks, basic vehicle manoeuvres and correct vehicle road position. Must have current learners licence.

Learn some tips and tricks to engage learners and help them to get the best out of their learning experience. This workshop is intended for those who have not taught adults in a structured learning environment.

Kayaking
Have fun kayaking on Lake Macquarie. Learn safety specifics, how to sit and paddle correctly and learn about correct weather conditions. This low impact exercise will strengthen your core and help with fitness and weight loss. Bring your own kayak or contact the college to book one ($25 hire fee per lesson payable to tutor). Safety vests supplied.

Sailing - A Taste of Sailing
Come on board the 58 foot Margarita, the largest luxury racing charter yacht sailing in Lake Macquarie and Newcastle; with two qualified instructors.
The ideal way to relax and learn the basics of sailing. Bring your own food and drinks. If you then register for the 'Learn to Sail' course you will receive a $25 discount.
