Come on board the 58 foot Margarita, the largest luxury racing charter yacht sailing in Lake Macquarie and Newcastle; with two qualified instructors.
Whether you just want to sail on Lake Macquarie or you dream of sailing around the world, come along and learn all aspects of sailing including: parts of the yacht, knots & terminology, points of sailing, sailing rules and safety, yacht handling and racing. Bring your own food and drinks. |

This course is conducted through the Central Coast Community College (RTO90304) who will issue the statement of attainment. This course is by distance learning using a workbook with phone and email contact with the trainer. Courses begin on receipt of Learning Kit.
Successful participants will receive a Statement of Attainment from Certificate III Business Administration (Medical) BSB31107: BSBMED301B Interpret and Apply Medical Terminology Appropriately. Please note this course includes everything a student needs for medical terminology from introduction to advanced concepts. |

The qualification requirement for a Certificate of Registration from the NSW Office of Fair Trading to operate as a real estate salesperson is a statement of attainment for the following units of competency: CPPDSM3019A - Communicate with clients as part of agency operations; CPPDSM4080A - Work in the real estate industry; CPPDSM4008A - Identify legal and ethical requirements of property sales to complete agency work; CPPDSM4007A - Identify legal and ethical requirements of property management.
