Hands on cooking. Learn to cook a range of Thai curries and other recipes. Each participant will take their meal home. Additional $12 payable each night for ingredients supplied.

Making Music on your Computer
Learn how simple it is to create music compositions and arrangements on your computer. Create, play back, and print your own musical scores. Some background on the MIDI standard and applications will be covered. MIDI enables arrangements to be played on any computer with a sound card and also by certain electronic instruments and keyboards. Knowledge of Windows and good mouse skills required.
